Welcome to HiMath (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

The HiMath app is designed for educational purposes for children. It is intended to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to supervise your child’s use of the App and ensure it is used in accordance with these Terms.

2. Parental Responsibility

Parents or guardians are solely responsible for managing and controlling access to the App. Features such as subscription management, external links (if any), and settings are protected by a parental gate to prevent unauthorized access by children.

3. Subscription and Payments

HiMath offers optional subscription plans via the Google Play Store. These subscriptions:

• Are managed entirely through the Play Store by the parent or guardian
• Grant access to premium features such as unlimited levels and ad-free learning
• Renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle
• We do not handle payment processing directly. All transactions and billing issues are handled by the Google Play Store under its own terms and policies.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

5. User Content and Data

HiMath does not collect personal information from children. We may collect anonymous usage data to improve app performance as explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and materials used in the App are the property of HiMath or its licensors. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiMath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The effective date will always be displayed at the top.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with local laws and jurisdiction.
